Stephen, a second generation investigator, has been instructed by attorneys and private investigators to understand the legal aspects ( evidence and elements) of the law and investigations. He has logged several thousand hours of investigative field experience with Frank Salazar Investigations. Stephen's education and experience brings forth new investigative techniques with a methodical, common sense approach to all legal investigations.

Frank Salazar CA PI 14991, Stephen's father is a retired Chief of Detectives- Rank of Lieutenant (retired) with the Santa Maria Police Department. His 32 years of dedicated service with the department and the community have been an asset to our firm. Frank has operated as a private investigator since 1988. His knowledge and experience in the investigative field is superior.
